He has gained specific expertise in the field of public procurement contracts for works, supplies and services, and provides assistance in the preparation of tender documents during the public competitive tendering procedure, and in the execution phase of contracts, with specific reference to facility services, (cleaning, custodial and concierge services, as well as canteen and catering services).
He also deals with matters relating to military and police personnel, urban planning, construction, the environment, electoral disputes, public competitive examinations and civil service.
Finally, he provides advice and assistance before the Jurisdictional Sections of the Court of Auditors in matters of pension and fiscal responsibility.
