He is a labour/employment and social security lawyer.
He has worked and continues to work for both private entities and public bodies; he has dealt with and still deals with labour and employment law litigation for publicly-owned and affiliated companies that operate in the sectors of private healthcare and transport services (rail and road), as well as in other industrial and commercial sectors.
He provides consulting services, training and assistance on the regulations introduced by Law no. 190/2012, with specific professional expertise in the legislation governing anti-bribery and corruption in public administration; he has gained the same level of experience in drafting organisational models pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
He boasts active participation in the workshops organized by the Bari Section of the 'D. Napoletano' National Centre for Labour Law Studies and in several other training courses, conferences and traineeships in the field of labour law.
He is a member of AGI - Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (Italian Labour and Employment Lawyers)
In January 1998, he was appointed Collaboratore of the Investigation Office at the Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio (Italian Football Association), a position he held until September 2007; from that date until July 2012, he served as Deputy Prosecutor of the Italian Football Association.
