The Children and Families Law Team specialises in both family mediation and court proceedings before the different competent Authorities (civil courts, criminal courts, juvenile courts, and courts of guardianship).
The legal assistance provided by our Team focuses on divorce and separation proceedings, settlement of parental responsibility and property relations between spouses, drafting of 'cohabitation agreements' and rights and protections of de facto (unmarried) and civil partnerships, as well as assistance in protecting the rights of minors and of persons subject to full interdiction or incapacitation or appointment of court guardians.

After a period of qualifying legal work experience at his family law firm, he was licensed to practice law passing the qualifying examination. He has been a member of the Bari Bar Association since 1979.
He works in field of civil and corporate law (banking, corporate and bankruptcy law), as well as in that of children and families law. He has gained special experience as a fiduciary for leading credit institutions and has held positions as Bankruptcy Curator, Government Commissioner and Commissioner for Liquidation in a number of bankruptcy proceedings.
He is a speaker at conferences on bankruptcy law and has been a lecturer at the Postgraduate (Completion) Course organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Province of Bari.
He specialises in sports law with more than twenty years of experience in the justice bodies of the FIGC Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio (Italian Football Association), where he currently serves as Deputy Chair of the 3rd Section of the Corte Sportiva di Appello Nazionale (National Sports Court of Appeal). He was also appointed FIGC representative within FIFA for the Revision of the FIFA Regulations that govern the Status and Transfer of Football Players (Lisbon, 2001).
