In 2015-2016, she participated in the Master’s Degree "Labour Law, Industrial Relations and Welfare" at the 24Ore Business School.
She is a labour and employment law expert and works in the public and in the private sector.
She provides advice to companies for their ordinary and extra-ordinary management of human resources at all stages of the employment relationship (drafting of employment contracts, disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective dismissal procedures, company transfers, termination agreements) and provides advice and assistance in labour law litigation. She also deals with labour law aspects related to extra-ordinary operations, such as demergers, mergers, and transfers of business operations. She also provides legal advice to employees and assists them in both in- and out-of-court disputes.
